RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Policy:

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To receive a refund, please follow these steps:

 

1. Condition of Products: Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

2. Request Authorization: Email us at dushalinstruments@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Include a detailed reason for the return along with pictures or a video of the product.

3. Approval and Shipping: Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse for return shipping. Use a trackable mail service to ensure your package is not lost. Note that you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Send the item back as a gift to avoid custom fees.

4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive your package, we will inspect the product. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and a receipt will be emailed to you.

 

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.

 

Certain items cannot be returned, including intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

 

Products can only be returned if:

- They are damaged upon receipt.

- The wrong product was received (eligible for exchange).

 

No returns or exchanges are allowed for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

 

Order cancellations are not allowed as orders are specially made for you.

 

 Refund Policy:

If all return policy requirements are met, a refund will be processed. If you haven’t received your refund, please:

1. Check your bank account.

2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Shipping and Cancellation Policy

 

Shipping Policy:

- Charges: Shipping and handling charges are provided at checkout. Customers will be informed about these charges before making payments.

- Signature Requirement: Goods need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to sign, please arrange for an alternative person (family member, colleague, neighbor) to sign on your behalf.

- Responsibility: We do not take responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

 

Cancellation Policy:

- Cancellation by Dushala.in:

  - We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to reasons like quantity limitations, pricing inaccuracies, or fraud detection.

  - Additional verification or information may be required before accepting an order.

  - If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account.

  - You will be contacted via the email provided at registration if your order is canceled or if more information is needed.

 

- Cancellation by the Customer:

  - If the order has not been processed/approved, you can cancel it and receive a full refund.

  - If the order has been processed/approved, a 10% cancellation fee plus courier charges will apply.

  - Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed and/or shipped. If canceled before processing/shipping, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.

  - Common Scenarios:

    - Buyers should ensure they want to purchase items before submitting an order, as cancellations due to no longer wanting the items or finding cheaper alternatives elsewhere are not honored.

    - Once an order is submitted, buyers enter into a legally binding contract with the seller.
